I’ve been slamming it these past few weeks getting everything ready for my upcoming US tour (March 9-29). There are so many moving parts that have nothing to do with the music, you have no idea. It isn’t my favorite part of touring, but it makes the music possible at the end of the day.
That said, when inspiration comes your way, you’ve got to listen and engage with it. NOW.
That’s what happened to me on Thursday. It took me the entire day for 11 measures. Here’s a little sneak peek into what I’m working on for Blonde Bass. It is a Danish pop tune from the 1960’s. This is my intro (in English). The plan (for now) is to move into Danish for the tune itself.
I put my ideas into Garageband (all 3 voices and basses).
For my Danish friends, can you guess what song it is?
Enjoy!
Hi Kristin,
Thanks for the email but unfortunately the audio file would not open. I must have a different player to yours.

Hmmm. I’m not sure what the issue might be. Let me check into it.
Thanks, liked this very much. If you ever get to come close to Atlanta, GA….I’ll be there with some friends! Love your music!
