I was raised in a family of educators.  Passing the tradition along is really important to me.  As I tour, I enjoy stopping by schools and spending time with students of all ages. I’ve done just about everything from working with university big bands and vocal jazz ensembles to improvisation workshops with orchestras and concerts with elementary school kids. Talking with the teachers involved, I customize our time together to fit the needs of the students.
