We’re expanding our annual visit to Svanekegaarden by featuring Mårten Lundgren on trumpet. I’m planning on arriving early so I can make my pilgrimage to Mermaid Universe for an ice cream before the sound check 🙂
We’ll be featuring a mix of tunes from our new CD “Beyond the Moon” and some newer things that we’ve been exploring.
I’m honored to be a part of cruise in the Atlantic in September! Join me and Rebecca Kilgore (vocals), Antti Sarpila and Pieter Meijers (reeds), Eddie Metz Jr. (drums), Ulf Johansson (piano) and Jacob Fischer (Guitar).
When you call the folks at Jazzdagen, tell them I sent you. I hear that they have some special (non-advertised) deals floating around.
Admission to the event is $15 for Jazz Society members, $25 for non-members, $5 for full-time students, and $7 for local jazz musicians with membership. Cash or check only. Tickets are available ONLY at the door and doors open at 12:30. Seating is limited and members are admitted first, so plan to arrive early.
